Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field required. 

 

Job duties:

1.) Coordinate daily operations with domestic and overseas vendors, including production status, lead times, and delivery schedules;
2.) Track and follow up on purchase orders (POs) to ensure on-time execution;
3.) Support supply planning and replenishment based on sales forecasts and inventory levels;
4.)Monitor overseas production and logistics milestones (ETD, ETA, customs, warehouse receipt);
5.) Maintain accurate supply chain data and prepare weekly/monthly reports on delivery performance and risks;
6.) Communicate proactively with sales, production, and accounting to ensure alignment;
7.) Identify potential delays or shortages and escalate issues to management in a timely manner; and
8.) Assist with continuous improvement of supply chain processes and documentation.

 

Salary per year: $64,938
