WHAT IS COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY?
The Blinds California Limited Lifetime Warranty protects your window treatments against:

Defects in materials or workmanship, provided the product was installed according to product instructions, care guides, programming instructions, and suggestions.

Failure to operate under normal use.

Brackets and components.
-
Fabric delamination.
-
Operational cords, ladders, and tapes for 5 years from the date of purchase.

Motorization components and accessories for 5 years from the date of purchase.

Exterior Zipper Shades for 5 years from the date of purchase.

Poly and Wood Shutters for 25 Years from the date of purchase.
Note:
* Blinds California reserves the right to determine if your shade warrants a repair or partial replacement of any parts. Repairs or replacements will be made with the most similar alternative available at the time, or a new shade of equal or superior value if the original product, component, or operating system has been discontinued.
* Please be aware that submitting proper pictures and videos is a mandatory step for initiating and processing warranty claims, as evidence is essential for claim resolution.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY?
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

Normal wear and tear.

Accidental damage, misuse, or product alterations.

Improper measurement, installation, cleaning, or maintenance.

Damage caused by acts of nature or the environment, including fire, flood, wind, rain, and lightning.

Fraying, fading or discoloration over time.

Commercial products (BCCP) and applications, which are strictly limited to a 1-year warranty instead of the lifetime warranty.

Products installed outside of residential dwellings, as this lifetime warranty is limited to blinds, shades, and shutters installed in residential settings.

Shipping charges and labor costs for measuring, removal, and installation.
WHO IS COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY?
This warranty applies only to the original retail purchaser with proof of purchase in the USA.
